Seeking experienced plastic injection Set Up Technician - Shift Leader for 8 hour shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of technical experience with plastic injection molding and experience in supervisory responsibilities along with hands on setup, processing, and troubleshooting skills with both electric and hydraulic injection machines and auxillary equipment.
Shall:
Mold set-ups; start-ups; and process monitoring and maintaining a safe and clean work area.
Material handling, monitoring of auxillary equipment, and minor maintenance.
Communicate with prior and oncoming shifts to give work assignments and expectations to achieve production requirements.
Lead groups of employees with various molding skill levels.
Requirements:
3
years recent experience as a process setup technician in the field of plastic injection molding.
Knowledge of robotics (Fanuc or Wittmann preferred).
